Accommodation Rules:

– No noise between 22:00 PM and 07:00 AM;

– It is not allowed to disturb or disrespect the neighbors;

– Parties or events are prohibited;

– To check-in, at least one guest must be 25 years of age or older;

– It is not allowed to exceed the number of occupants allowed in the accommodation, even if they are visitors

– It is mandatory to deliver a security deposit that will be returned after check-out;

– It is mandatory to comply with these and other accommodation rules, expressed in the Local Accommodation Book;

– Days before your arrival, you will be contacted via cell phone to arrange the time and place of check-in, and to know if you have any special requests to be arranged before your arrival.
